I am the CEO of SN. In addition to managing the company, my job description also includes operational tasks, e.g., in the field of personal protection and personal safety. My background as a personal security professional is based on demanding Crisis Management and Security tasks in the civil and governmental sectors, both in Finland and abroad. Through working in challenging situations, I have also learned to solve problems under heavy pressure, because of which I approach our customers' security challenges with passion. By nature, I am a leader type with the desire and ability to see opportunities, realize alternative methods of operation and find rational means to realize our customers' goals.

I am SN's Operational Manager and SNTC's Head Coach. I have worked in the security field extensively in different sectors, so I have a strong foundation for understanding security in different areas. My passion is training, and coaching related to personal safety, where you can give tools to protect yourself. I believe that with the help of my experiences and training, I can improve people's own capabilities to act in challenging situations, I want to help people to be the "best version" of themselves. By nature, I am an extroverted, courageous developer who perceives entities in new ways, producing innovations that, however, are also based on facts and not just on intuition.
